This Privacy Policy for personal data (hereinafter referred to as the Privacy Policy) applies to all information provided by the Danaplast website located on the domain name https://danaplast.com.ua/, can receive information about the User while using the website, programs and site products. 1. DEFINITION OF TERMS1.1 The following terms are used in this Privacy Policy:1.1.1. "Site Administration (hereinafter referred to as the Site Administration)" - employees authorized to manage the site, acting on behalf of Danaplast, who organize and (or) process personal data, and also determine the purposes of processing personal data, the composition of personal data to be processed, actions (operations) performed with personal data.1.1.2. "Personal data" - any information relating directly or indirectly to a specific or identifiable individual (subject of personal data).1.1.3. "Processing of personal data" - any action (operation) or a set of actions (operations) performed using automation tools or without using such tools with personal data, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (update, change), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data.1.1.4. "Confidentiality of personal data" is a mandatory requirement for the Operator or other person who has gained access to personal data to prevent their dissemination without the consent of the subject of personal data or other legal grounds.1.1.5. "Site user (hereinafter referred to as the User)" - a person who has access to the Site via the Internet and uses the Site.1.1.6. "Cookies" are a small piece of data sent by a web server and stored on the user's computer, which the web client or web browser sends to the web server each time in an HTTP request when trying to open the page of the corresponding site.1.1.7. "IP-address" is a unique network address of a node in a computer network built using the IP protocol. 2. GENERAL PROVISIONS2.1. The User's use of the site means acceptance of this Privacy Policy and the terms of processing the User's personal data.2.2. Implementation of advertising activities with the consent of the User. 5. METHODS AND TERMS OF PROCESSING PERSONAL INFORMATION5.1. The processing of the User's personal data is carried out without any time limit, in any legal way, including in personal data information systems using automation tools or without using such tools.5.2. The User agrees that the Site Administration has the right to transfer personal data to third parties, in particular, courier services, postal organizations, telecommunication operators, solely for the purpose of fulfilling the User's order placed on the Danaplast Site, including the delivery of the Goods.5.3. The User's personal data can be transferred to the authorized state authorities of Ukraine only on the grounds and in the manner established by the current legislation of Ukraine.5.4. In case of loss or disclosure of personal data, the Site Administration informs the User about the loss or disclosure of personal data.5.5. The site administration takes the necessary organizational and technical measures to protect the User's personal information from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as from other illegal actions of third parties.5.6. The site administration, together with the User, takes all necessary measures to prevent losses or other negative consequences caused by the loss or disclosure of the User's personal data. 6. OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES6.1. The user is obliged:6.1.1. Provide information about personal data necessary to use the Site.6.1.2. Update, supplement the provided information about personal data in case of changes in this information.6.2. The site administration is obliged to:6.2.1. Use the information received solely for the purposes specified in clause 4 of this Privacy Policy.6.2.2. Ensure the storage of confidential information in secret, do not disclose without the prior written permission of the User, and also do not sell, exchange, publish, or disclose in other possible ways the transferred personal data of the User, with the exception of cl. 5.2. and 5.3. of this Privacy Policy.6.2.3. Take precautions to protect the confidentiality of the User's personal data in accordance with the procedure usually used to protect this kind of information in existing business transactions.6.2.4. Block personal data related to the relevant User from the moment the User or his legal representative or the authorized body for the protection of the rights of personal data subjects apply or request for the verification period, in case of revealing inaccurate personal data or illegal actions. 7. LIABILITY OF THE PARTIES7.1. For non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment of their obligations under this Privacy Policy, the Parties are liable in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.7.2. All disputes arising from this Privacy Policy or related to it are resolved through negotiations between the Parties.7.3. If the relevant dispute cannot be resolved through negotiations, it is resolved in court according to the established jurisdiction and jurisdiction of such a dispute in accordance with the legislation in force in Ukraine.7.4. The site administration does not bear any responsibility for non-compliance with the terms of the Privacy Policy by the User, subject to the occurrence of any circumstances that have arisen through no fault of the Site Administration (namely, the occurrence of circumstances arising through the fault or negligence of the User and / or the occurrence of circumstances arising through the fault or negligence of any third party (any third parties) and / or the occurrence of force majeure). 8 . ADDITIONAL TERMS8.1. Each Party guarantees to the other Party that it has the necessary legal capacity, as well as all the rights and powers necessary and sufficient to conclude and execute this Privacy Policy in accordance with its terms.8.2. A unilateral change in the terms of the concluded Privacy Policy by the User or refusal to comply with the terms of the concluded Privacy Policy by the Site Administration is not permissible, except as provided for in this Privacy Policy. Neither Party to this Privacy Policy has the right to transfer its rights and obligations to third parties without the consent of the other Party.8.3. The privacy policy is public and indefinite and is valid until terminated by either of the Parties in the manner prescribed by this Privacy Policy or current legislation, but in any case until its final execution by the Parties. The parties agreed that the term of this Privacy Policy cannot be less than 3 (three) calendar months. This Privacy Policy is considered to be agreed by the User and concluded at the location of the Site Administration from the date of acceptance.8.4. The privacy policy is automatically dated to the real time of acceptance (acceptance) of the proposal by the User.8.5. The site administration reserves the right to amend the terms of the Privacy Policy and withdraw the Privacy Policy at any time at its discretion. In the event that the Site Administration makes changes to the Privacy Policy, such changes come into force from the moment the modified text of the Privacy Policy is posted, unless another date for the changes to come into force is additionally determined with such placement.8.6. The User agrees and acknowledges that making changes to the Privacy Policy entails the introduction of these changes into the already concluded and current Privacy Policy between the User and the Site Administration, and these changes in the Privacy Policy come into force simultaneously with such changes.8.7. In cases not provided for in this Privacy Policy, the Parties are guided by the norms of the current legislation of Ukraine.
